Order Processing Your order will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed (if placed by 1:00 PM Eastern time.) After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or to Post Office Boxes. Please note: If your order includes both in-stock and back ordered items, your order will be held until all items are in stock. You will receive an e-mail notification of the approximate ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Return Policy Exchanges and returns of non-embroidered items will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and all parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Laundered, worn, or altered items are not returnable. We will refund the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Sorry, shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. |
